Instant interupts from npc's
I have noticed that npc's that use interupt skills seem to "instantly" interupt me when I cast my Spirits or other skills in the heat of battle...there is no delay...as soon as I cast, poof..yet when I use interupt, say with my Ranger or Mesmer, I have the delay of my skill, plus I have to see who needs interupting, and when things are busy, I can easily miss my opportunity..they never have this problem.

There is a thread about this already.
They activate the skill on your pre-cast.

ANet knows about this. They need to put some fuzzy logic into it. NPC's should vary in their response just as human players do.

I actually like it like this. Just so that elementists start using Glyth of Concentration.

It's slightly annoying, but it's rare. Like, for Solo Sskai farming with a War, I use Grenth's Balance. Out of about 20 runs so far he managed to interrupt Balance (1/4 casting time) once. Most of the time he swipes when I'm auto-attacking. So the AI is not faultless, it's just potentially quicker on the draw than a lot of humans.

On the bright side, the interrupt and illusion henchmen are excellent.

Back then in underworld, I used this... I realize it was a big mistake, because every mob would continuously interrupt me until I am dead and out of energy all from casting 1 spell.

Yeah, when Spirit Bond or Reversal of Fortunes get interrupted, something needs to be done.

I was going to write just that.
If the Heroes are going to be as accurate at interupts as the Ghostly hero then there is going to be a lot of imbalanced interupting going on. Basically just equip your hero with broad head arrow, savage, distracting, concussion shot and it'll be gg for any casters.

I think you're using Mantra of Resolve, and not the Glyph of Concentration I was talking about.
Glyph of Concentration make your next spell almost impossible to interrupt. They will only get interrupted through blackout and knockdown.

although getting interrupted is not that annoying to me because there is always a way around it..
there was one time that got on my nerves.. i was casting a 1/4 second spell i saw the ranger draw his bow.. and my spell was interupted.. then he released the arrow and then it actually hit me..
it was not lagg or anything.. its just that when the npc wants somthing interupted .. it gets interupted..
so he interupted my spell with distraction shot.. before the arrow ever left his bow. has happend a few times.. annoying at most.
